Site Survey

Detailed measurements will be taken of the garden boundaries and features to produce a scaled plan of your existing garden as a basis for the design plans. This will show the house, boundaries, levels and any existing trees and features. This is undertaken by myself or for larger complex sites a land surveyor would be used.

Detailed photographic records will be taken and the character and setting of the garden assessed.

Views good and bad and screening requirements, the aspect and microclimate, soil type and drainage.
